I was up early (2am) to deliver this keynote session for Hong Kong’s Digital Workforce Trends, talking about Transforming Organization Structure and HR Functions. Post-COVID-19 demands a new approach to workforce and workplace strategies. Most of the lessons are new, and for organizations, many of their steps will be for the first time. I argued that this offers a chance for companies to rethink their models.
