People Matters interview on Digital Culture

I’ve been interviewed by People Matters in Singapore on the world of work on the other side of the pandemic. They asked me to talk about re-assessing digital work ‘culture’ to reinforce the social fabric that attracts and holds the best talent together in the hybrid world of work. My answers were featured in the July 2021 issue of their magazine:
