Join this special study group focusing on Transforming HR to act as a true Business Partner to power up the way you and your colleagues work, and to make a real contribution to your organisation. The study group will cover two of the Academy’s courses: Strategic Partnering to Improve HR Credibility and Contribution  and HR Transformation for Creating Value.

The Strategic Partnering course explores strategies and planning tools which will help you achieve greater impact through partnering with your business on a strategic people and organisation agenda. This programme is relevant for any senior, strategic HR practitioner, or any other member of an HR team wanting to bring a more strategic focus to their role. The HR Transformation course reviews best fit opportunities to develop new HR structures, processes, culture, HR practitioner skills and client relationships, supporting our strategic partnering role. This is particularly relevant for HR Directors or Heads of HR Transformation but most of the content should be understood by other strategically focused practitioners too. Both courses together help HR practitioners act and support themselves to partner with the business or business area they act within.

The study group is open now for orientation and introductions, and will then progress through the two courses sequentially, starting on 11 April and finishing by 24 June.
