‘Flipped learning’ enables content to be reviewed at each member’s own pace, with live sessions focused on discussion.
Regular study groups focus on learning and taking action.
‘Learning out loud’ with most Member Zone discussions being made available to all Academy members to help everybody’s learning.
Naturally UK-centric but globally relevant, Jon's strategic HR training is kept up-to-date with the latest thinking and developments. (The intention is to refresh 20% of existing content each year as well as adding new courses and content).
