Training for the Great Resignation
The Strategic HR Academy’s next set of programmes will each provide a special, double level of support, combinging two courses within a single study group, providing about 20 hours of content to study in a cohort with other HR practitioners over a three-month period, for just 75% of the price of the two courses.
The three options are:
– Re-designing your organisation, work and jobs (organisation design and job design courses)
– Innovating HR practices (re-engineering performance management and reward courses)
– Making HR partnering work (strategic partnering and HR transformation courses)
