About Jon Ingham
All Academy programmes are delivered and facilitated by Jon Ingham, a former international HR Director who now works as a strategic HR trainer and consultant. Jon has also written several articles, book chapters and books on the future of work and of HR, including ‘Building Better HR Departments’ (with Dave Ulrich, 2016) and ’The Social Organization’ (Kogan Page, 2017).
Jon has frequently been recognised as a leading thinker on HR, was one of HR Magazine’s Movers & Shakers in 2019 and one of Human Resource Executive’s Top 100 Global HR Tech Influencers in 2019 and 2020.

Based on trainings previously delivered face-to-face, courses provide content through pre-recorded video and other materials.
Study groups provide opportunities to reflect, learn socially, and plan application of content within your organisation. Regular Zoom calls are held during the study groups to help connect with other participants.
Learning forums and social chat rooms provide broader learning opportunities too.

Gold Membership provides you access to all strategic HR courses in the Academy. We are planning to launch 12 courses during this, the inaugural year of the Academy. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to enrol on up to four study groups to help you engage in your learning and you will have access to the Member Zone to exchange ideas and make connections with other Academy members.
Group Gold has all the benefits of individual practitioner Gold Membership and has the additional benefit of costing less per person for a group of practitioners within your organisation.
Flexible Learning Opportunities
There are a number of options for developing your team’s HR capabilities:
- 1 person on 1 course, studying independently or as part of a study group
- 1 person on multiple courses (Gold Membership) or multiple people on multiple courses (Group Gold) – as above
- Multiple people on 1 course with a bespoke in-house study group. All Academy programmes can be delivered face-to- face, usually in one or two day programmes or on Zoom/Microsoft Teams, often in 90 minute sessions spread over several weeks (contact us to arrange)
