HR Tech Festival Asia presentation
Here’s the recording of my presentation at HR Tech Festival Asia Online recently. I tried to give a different perspective on Employee Experience to Josh Bersin and Ben Whitter who were also speaking at the conference.
My argument is that employee experience only really makes sense as a separate idea to employee experience by taking a people first perspective to employment. However, most of the current effort in this areas, whilst important, approaches the people experience from a fairly low value stand point. We can do better…
